Provides physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities, including but not limited to, getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, standing, or walking. Gathers and documents information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities in accordance with Nursing department policies/procedures. Assists nurses or physicians in the operation of medical equipment or provision of patient care.
