    * Ophthalmic assistant certification by Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCHAPO) or paraoptometric assistant certification by the American Optometric Association (AOA) or ready for ophthalmic assistant or paraoptometric assistant certification by JCHAPO or AOA.
