Dispenses for active patients by established cut-off times. May be responsible for overnight deliveries. Able to troubleshoot pump issues without assistance from team members or supervisors. Follows up on hospitalization and pending pump pick-up report. Follows correct process to minimize mis-fills, unscheduled deliveries, waste of product, and HIPAA violations. Documents QARs/indicators appropriately in the portal without prompts Maximizes the efficiency and productivity of the pharmacy and delivery operations.
