The role is based in an office environment with approximately 12 teammates.
Each technician will have their own cubicle and will work in a quiet, production-based setting.
The role is repetitive and involves being responsible for the front line of the pharmacy, handling all incoming phone calls, faxes, and electronic orders.
Team members are assigned specific areas throughout the week, with responsibilities split 50% on phone (mainly with nurses and providers) and 50% on data entry. Most shifts are mid or late shifts, with availability needed for all shifts.
Morning shift is 8-4:30pm, mid shift 10:30-7pm, and late shift 2:30-11pm.
Training during the first month will occur in the mid-shift. Work includes alternating weekends, with some shifts on both Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday shifts are 9-5:30pm and 11:30-8pm, while Sunday shifts are 10-6:30pm. Employees work five days a week, with days off scheduled as fits best within the week.

Were looking for a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our PharmScript team within our Data Entry department. Responsibilities:
Data entry involves the entry and processing of medication orders via the pharmacys operating system which includes:

All tasks and duties must be completed in accordance and compliance with HIPPA guidelines, State and Federal laws, and current company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Must be a registered pharmacy technician in the applicable state
Previous data entry experience preferred
1 year or more long-term, retail pharmacy, or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Knowledge of Framework/DocuTrack knowledge a plus
Knowledge of Brand Name/Generic medications and Sig codes
Moderate computer and typing skills required
Candidate must possess basic math skills

Respond to patient, employee, and external inquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner
Manage inbound and outbound telephone communications as needed

Assist with inventory control, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and monitoring medications and supplies
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the dispensary workspace in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role is performed in a clinical dispensary setting. The position requires standing and walking for extended periods, with intermittent sitting throughout the workday. Responsibilities:
Reads and documents in all communication logs and informs the nurse when needed
Effectively completes incident reports per company policy
Accurately dispenses, passes medications & documents in the MAR, absent of errors
Accurately assists residents with self-administration of medications
Accurately counts narcotics in accordance with company policy
Honors personhood by reading and knowing the Residents' Life Stories
Actively involved in the life enrichment program
Is compliant with company training requirements
Demonstrates a high level of safety and privacy of resident information in all work practices
Champions “follow-through” on all delegated tasks from the Director of Wellness
Assists residents in accordance with their individual service (care) plans to include: personal care and activities of daily living (eating, drinking, walking, and transferring) and use of adaptive equipment (hearing aids, glasses, and dentures)
