POSITION SUMMARY: We're looking for a certified pharmacy technician who's ready to bring their skills and experience into the specialty pharmacy space. As our Pharmacy Liaison, you'll play a pivotal role as the bridge between patients and pharmacists, taking a hands-on approach to ensure exceptional care. Navigate electronic health records (EPIC) to support prior authorizations, clinical documentation, and communications. Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, and clinical providers. Serve as a pharmacy point-of-contact for clinic teams, resolving issues and triaging patient needs. Participate in performance reporting and workflow optimization initiatives. Train and mentor new team members in clinic-based liaison responsibilities. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required; higher education preferred CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: State registration as a pharmacy technician (KY) National pharmacy technician certification (PTCB or ExCPT). EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2+ years of direct pharmacy experience KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Strong verbal and written communication. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
