Job Summary and Qualifications
Performs routine Nuclear Medicine procedures and produces quality images while applying radiation safety. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Pharmacy Technician performs pharmacy-related functions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to inventory, prepare, mix, and deliver investigational medications for use in clinical trials. RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare sterile compounded investigational medications for use in accordance with USP standards, including chapters 795 and 797 for patients participating in clinical trials.
Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), proper operation and maintenance of compounding equipment (Class II Biological Safety Cabinet)
Cleans and maintain pharmacy shelves and work areas as required.
Document and maintain the drug inventory through inventory control practices.
Order, receive, store, dispense, compound, dispose and maintain inventory of pharmacy supplies.
Ensure the security of all drug and pharmacy supplies.
Maintain an orderly, clean environment including cleanliness of pharmacy stock and supplies.
Enter data into the computer system, recording delivery, changes in inventory, expired drug, returned drug, and other items as needed.
Maintain the temperature monitoring system for ambient storage cabinets, refrigerators, and freezers.
Separate expired drug from stock and prepare it for return or destruction,

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Non-Sterile Compounding Technician Supervisor to lead daily operations within our compounding department. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in preparing a variety of non-sterile dosage forms including troches, creams, nasal sprays, solutions, drops, rapid dissolve tablets (RDTs), and more. Job Summary
The Registered Pharmacy Technician functions under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager and is responsible for the accurate preparation of prescriptions for verification by the Pharmacist on duty and maintaining the workflow of the pharmacy including cashiering and the accurate release of prescriptions at will call. Review prescriptions issued by physicians or other authorized prescribers to assure accuracy, appropriateness, and determine formulas and ingredients needed
Compounds medications, using standard formulas and processes such as weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients under the supervision of the pharmacist
Ensure that all control drug policies and procedures as required by state, federal, and organizational guidelines are followed
Performs troubleshooting functions for third-party discrepancies and other prescription filling issues
Answer the telephone and assist patients at the front counter as well as through curbside pickup (when applicable) to maintain the workflow of the pharmacy
Utilize the phone language translation service to communicate with patients that speak another language
Responsible for maintaining a current and valid license as required by state, federal, and pharmacy guidelines

Job Summary and Qualifications
Provides care for patients requiring Nuclear Medicine procedures. Performs all duties directly involved with procedures utilizing radioactive isotopes for diagnostic and some therapeutic purposes in accordance with ALARA standards. Operates equipment utilized to measure radiation, produce images, quantify physiologic responses, and relay images and measurements to the physician for interpretation. Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verify information on prescriptions received prior to processing (correct prescriber, name of patient, patient information, medication, dose, quantity, number of refills, lot, and expiration date).
Communicate with Louisville Knipper Pharmacy (LKP) representatives as necessary to ensure medication compliance, medication and supply inventory, and overall coordination of care and as applicable.
Follow HIPAA and privacy law guidelines, and any other local or federal laws.
Maintain all records including prescription logs and related files.
Evaluate all completed prescriptions/authorizations to ensure that the appropriate information has been obtained to allow for compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Perform follow up on all outstanding prescriptions/authorizations and communicate discrepancies to pharmacist or PSC technicians.
Perform problem solving on order delays.
Maintain a clean and orderly work site.
Perform routine and professional pharmacy functions.
Accountable for checking patient history for any duplicate orders and follow proper procedures.

Qualifications
