Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares, fills and compounds medications using standard formulas and processes such as weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients. Maintains the pharmacy according to USP 797 standards. This includes maintenance, cleaning, testing, and re-certification of the prep room, ante room, and the clean room. Maintain and provide drug usage reports to our pharmaceutical partners as requested. Maintains inventory levels of supplies needed by both pharmacy and nursing.
