Prescriptions sent to MbM originate from non-VA providers located in all 50 states plus all US Territories and US Possessions. MbM expects a 3-5% yearly increase in prescription volume over the next five years. Contractor Personnel Security Requirements All Contractor employees who require access to the Department of Veterans Affairs computer systems must be the subject of a background investigation.
