Diploma or GED. + California Pharmacy Technician License upon hire. + 1 year - Minimum of one year (>2080 clock hours) of pharmacy practice in an integrated health system and current PTCB certification - or 2 years (>4160 hours) hospital pharmacy in not PTCB certified.
