Job Description Day to Day Duties/Summary of job: Doctor-Call Pharmacy Techs: • Responsible for obtaining new and existing prescription renewals from dialysis facilities and/or physician offices through verbal authorizations via inbound/outbound calls • Securing prescription orders for patients whose prescriptions are not on file or for existing prescriptions that have no refills • Making outbound calls to follow up with Doctors regarding prescription issues, i.e. new scripts, clarify scripts, codes are incorrect, etc. • Preferred: Techs with a background in retail or mail order environment! • Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm • Competitive salary, $15-17 per hour (based on relevant experience) Qualifications Requirements: • 1+ year(s) of experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in Texas (no disciplines on file) • Strong customer service skills • Data entry and fill experience • Excellent communication skills (listening, oral, and written) Additional Information Interested in hearing more about this great opportunity?
