Under both direct and indirect supervision, the Patient Care Representative (PCR) plays a pivotal role in patient communication, focusing on therapy progress discussions, physician follow-up, medication profile updates, and obtaining inventory from patients to ensure proper refilling of orders. Under both direct and indirect supervision, the Patient Care Representative (PCR) plays a pivotal role in patient communication, focusing on therapy progress discussions, physician follow-up, medication profile updates, and obtaining inventory from patients to ensure proper refilling of orders.
