Qualifications Must have a current HCA or NAC certification and maintain CEUs as required by the state. Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment. Communicate effectively with residents experiencing communication barriers. Must have a current certification in Food Handling, CPR & First Aid, or be willing to get certified within 30 days of hire.
