The Oncology Prescription Program Pharmacy Tech will be directly responsible for the support and facilitation of managing key initiatives and metrics surrounding the Oncology Prescription Program for the betterment of continued quality of care for the patients of Florida Urology Partners and our cancer centers. Support and project management shall include, facilitating the case management function for patients. Excellent communication skills needed for intra-office communications surrounding prescription status updates. Demonstrate an understanding of 340B regulations, inventory management and managing a point-of-sale (POS) system. Qualifications: Must be a Florida Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacy Technician High School diploma A minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience as a registered pharmacy technician Strongly prefer a current Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certificate or Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT) certificate Basic understanding of 340 B Federal Program (preferred) Obtain and maintain Epic certification throughout employment.
