Pros of working at Certify

Great culture, with a lot to learn and healthy work life balance. Humanizing work is a strong movement here and there are great people that are a part of this company that only want to improve and grow as people and a company.

Cons of working at Certify

Ability to move up or change departments has been witnessed but unlikely. I would like to see employees who are a part of the company, to be able to get experience in another department. Hiring within the company and not from outside.
