Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred Professional Engineer Licensure (PE) is preferred ODOT / Industry certifications (ie. Prequalified/Certified Professional, Highway Testing, Flexible Pavement Condition Rating, etc. are a plus). Understanding and experience with basic computer skills are required. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, etc. are a bonus.
