The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry.
The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
Executes on previously signed contracts to introduce new products and services to customers and expand business within customer accounts
Performs pre-call analysis (e.g., research account history, shipping details, complaints, etc.) to prepare for sales calls.
Responds to internal sales leads from various sources (e.g., operations, Package Operations staff, etc.) to identify sales opportunities and create a sales strategy
Analyzes price quotes to verify accuracy and determine how to propose the solution to the customer
Generates customer-facing reports to outline shipping history, billing history, and accounts' incentives (i.e., contracted discounts) and renegotiate contracts
Documents customer information and provides account status to the sales team
Trains customers on proper packaging techniques to avoid damages

· Update Maestro milestones and chase any milestones not added as agreed.
· Review Client Operating Procedures and manage all paperwork or checklists associated with cell and gene shipments.
· Ensure documentation is accurate, complete and attached to Maestro as defined in COPs and SOPs.
· Monitor GPS tracking on all CGT shipments as well as daily dashboards.
· Monitor weather, civil unrest, strikes, or anything that would perhaps delay a shipment.
· Provide clear and accurate information regarding the handling of the shipments, especially when shipments are delayed.
· Post flight and trace investigations to improve service.
· Provide support and assistance when dealing with special requirements and inform the Customer Services Group / Project Management team accordingly.
· Produce daily reports, which detail any transport issues within the Marken network
· Monitoring LSPs carrying out a job. This may include calling ahead, sending dispatch instructions, training and multiple follow ups to ensure 100% accuracy.
· Ensure All PODs are recorded within correct agreed time frames.

Broadcom's Central Engineering Design Correlation team is looking for an energetic and self-driven professional to join our team to help with silicon technology evaluation in advanced process nodes for IP and product designs. Our mission is to assess foundry technology offerings, help define new technology platforms for IP and product designs, risk assessment, and provide Broadcom's design communities with insights into design and process-technology interactions especially during co-development in advanced process nodes.
The candidate will have the opportunity to participate in new technology platform definition, PPAC (power performance area cost) assessment and benchmarking, test structure design, silicon characterization and model to silicon correlation in most advanced foundry technology nodes. The candidate will work closely with other experts in the fields of CMOS process technology, device & modeling, process and device reliability, digital & analog IP design, design sign-off flow for timing and power, CAD & EDA tools, as well as chip designers from various product lines. Primary duties will include assessment of technology offerings and capabilities to meet design needs and drive alignment with IP/product requirements. This role will involve active participation with foundry and internal teams on new technology enablement including help ensuring robustness of technology platforms.
Candidate must have the ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, deliver solutions on time, and possess excellent data analysis & foundry interaction skills. The candidate expected to work across multiple facets of projects and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time. The position is in Broadcom's Irvine facility in California.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will support IP and Chip teams with technology evaluation including reliability and design enablement. Responsibilities as part of technology evaluation will involve test structure layout, verification, extraction, simulation, and silicon evaluation.
The job scope will include a) cross-functional quality assurance of designs and tape-outs, b) EDA & RCX tool quality and predictability, and c) custom device infrastructure readiness & robustness.

Qualifications:
Advanced degree in EE, Material Science, Physics or related field with 10+ years of industry experience after MS or 7+ years after PhD with recent work in advanced FINFET (or GAA) nodes.
1. Strong background in advanced CMOS technology (FEOL, MEOL, BEOL) including understanding of design-technology interactions
2. Proficient in interacting with design teams and foundry partner
3. Familiarity with analog and digital design flows and CAD tools
4. Hands-on experience with device/circuit level test structure designs, verification (DRC, LVS), extraction, spice simulation, silicon characterization (DC/AC/RF) and data analysis

The annual base salary range for this position is $127,100 - $203,400
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.

Join our dynamic FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) Business Unit as a Technical Staff SOC Architecture Engineer. We are at the forefront of developing SOC FPGA compute platforms for a diverse range of low-power applications, including smart embedded vision, industrial IoT, access/gateways/aggregation networks, and compute platforms for aerospace and defense. As an SOC Architect, you will collaborate with a team of highly motivated architects and senior designers to define and deliver next-generation, power-optimized FPGA solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead technical diligence and perform trade-off analysis of product requirements during the Product Concept Phase, translating them into actionable Design Requirements for the Product Definition Phase.
* Collaborate with Embedded Software teams to define optimal Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) and driver interfaces, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
* Develop detailed microarchitectural specifications, ensuring accurate capture of design intent, identifying technical gaps, and proposing effective remedies.
* Drive RTL implementation and partner with Logic Verification and ASIC Implementation teams through synthesis and DFT insertion.
* Lead discussions with CPU and IP vendors to shape future features and requirements.
* Develop and utilize techniques and tools for SOC benchmarking and bandwidth analysis, delivering optimized system solutions.
* Work cross-functionally with Functional Verification, ASIC Implementation, and Embedded Software teams across multiple geographical locations.
