The one I worked at was in Romulus. Negative workplace-culture, lots of childish gossip from management about their employees, high school type atmosphere, unprofessional, don’t act like adults, hypocritical, not concerned about what employees want for their own professional development, but only when they (the company and management can get from them), if you are not a friend or relative to management, you are treated like garbage…nepotism to the extreme…people going into management roles that have the worst interpersonal skills.. personal information is a part of daily gossip. (Which should not be spread, but kept confidential). Managers have no respect for those that work for them and will gossip with employees (who are their friends) about other employees, Morale is extremely low. Training is the worst of worst. They will throw you into things with little to no training. People with zero experience are hired at a level 2 or 3 but people with years of experience are fighting for a higher level. It’s who you know, not what you know. Managers are all the type that’ll say “do as I say, not as I do.” People who need the job unfortunately have to get through the toxic work environment/day, and tough it out until they can find something else. Management sticks with management. No support from higher ups either. Extremely Toxic workplace
Few great people that made the day a bit better
Receiving a paycheck..
Have no comment on the CEO
Management needs to treat everyone fairly, stop the gossip, make all employees feel more appreciated for the work they do…if they do something wrong, use your time to help them be better and encourage them, not to talk poorly about them. Be better with your interpersonal skills
It was ok.
The most joy I received was from Receiving a paycheck, decent work/life balance
