Mark Douglas became president and chief executive officer of FMC in June 2020. He has led the company’s commercial, operational and technology organizations as president and chief operating officer of FMC since June 2018. Mr. Douglas was named president of the Agricultural Solutions business in October 2012, after being named president of the Industrial Chemicals Group in 2011. He joined FMC in March 2010 as vice president, Global Operations and International Development. Mr. Douglas was previously with The Dow Chemical Company where he was vice president, president Asia, Dow Advanced Materials. Prior to Dow, he was corporate vice president, president Asia, Rohm and Haas Company, based in Shanghai. During his 21 years with Rohm and Haas, Mr. Douglas held sales, marketing and executive management positions in London, Singapore, Shanghai and Philadelphia. Mr. Douglas is a director of FMC Corporation and Quaker Houghton. Peter Riley Huntsman (born March 13, 1963, Los Angeles, California) is an American business executive, currently serving as the Chairman of the Board, President, and CEO of Huntsman Corporation. His father, Jon Huntsman Sr., founded the Huntsman Corporation and his brother, Jon Huntsman Jr., is a former United States Ambassador and former Governor of Utah.

Michael H. McGarry is chairman and chief executive officer of PPG. He became chairman of the board September 1, 2016, after transitioning into the CEO role in September 2015. McGarry joined PPG in 1981 as an engineer at the company’s Lake Charles, Louisiana, chemicals complex. He then progressed through management assignments such as market development manager, silica products; operations manager, silicas, Thailand; business manager, TESLIN® sheet; and product manager in the derivatives, chlorine, liquid and dry caustic soda businesses. In 2000, McGarry became general manager, fine chemicals, and in 2004, he was named vice president, chlor-alkali and derivatives. He relocated to PPG’s European headquarters in Rolle, Switzerland, as vice president, coatings, Europe, and managing director, PPG Europe, in 2006. McGarry returned to the U.S. as senior vice president of the Commodity Chemicals reporting segment in 2008, and he was elected executive vice president in 2012 and chief operating officer in 2014. He became president and chief operating officer in March 2015, and he joined the company’s board of directors in July 2015 while serving in that role. McGarry currently serves on the Board of Directors of United States Steel Corporation (NYSE: X). He is a former member of the board of Axiall Corporation (NYSE: AXLL). A native of New Orleans, McGarry is a mechanical engineering graduate of the University of Texas and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
