Job Responsibilities:
Maintains/manages extensive databases containing factual information for the U.S. and world agricultural, energy, macroeconomic, and fertilizer industries.
Presents data/analyses/studies concerning the U.S. and world agricultural and fertilizer industries via written reports and oral presentations to the Sales & Supply Chain organization, CF senior management, and other internal and external constituents.
Inputs and maintains industry data for agricultural and fertilizer supply/demand, trade, and prices. Creates new datasets and databases to support team analyses. Checks and ensures data accuracy. May report on weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual data.
Develop new models/reports as required by the manager.
Provides timely responses to ad hoc requests for information and analysis pertaining to the U.S. and world agricultural and fertilizer industries, including CF-related requests.
Assists team with PowerPoint, Word, and other publication development and supports publication design and preparation. Develops geographical maps and new visualizations as requested.
May conduct or assist in conducting cross-functional market research studies on specific topics of interest to CF Industries. Also evaluates and utilizes data and research from various agribusiness consulting firms, extension agencies, and other outside organizations.
Conducts or assists with special projects as assigned or requested by department or product management, as time permits.
Internal Controls:
Understands and complies with established departmental processes and procedures designed to support internal control efforts. Identifies and brings to the attention department management's internal controls deficiencies.
Successful incumbents will have:

Competent with applicable codes, regulations and standards.
Proven supervisory experience including mentoring, coaching, and leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization, from hourly employees to senior executives of the company.
Must be PC literate within a Windows environment and be proficient in Microsoft applications.
Must have the ability to travel on an as-needed basis (travel is primarily throughout the assigned facility locations and can account for up to 60% of the workweek).

What You Will Do:

Successful incumbents will have:

Successful incumbents will have:

Meet behavior expectations in the areas of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), quality, productivity, and teamwork and actively participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures to operate assigned area of the plant.
Safely perform manual operations such as cutting off foam during start-ups/jam-ups, manually stacking and grinding foam, and filling solids additive feeders.
Interface with Process Control computers to optimize and troubleshoot product quality and equipment operations.
Analyze process and product variation and take corrective action.
Manually set up and adjust process equipment for product changes.
Perform on-shift minor maintenance, predictive/preventive maintenance (PPM), breakdown repair, and scheduled shutdown/turnaround activities.
Initiate and participate in Root Cause Analysis of EH&S, Quality, and Reliability incidents.
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Participate in and lead daily tailgate meetings with Shift Operating Team.

Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of applicable work experience in manufacturing, chemical plant or warehouse environmental, and possess good mechanical aptitude.

Must have a current valid US driver's license.

What You Will Do
Responsible for providing leadership and guidance around safety and operations of the Physical Plant and exterior buildings. * Internship Track - Single work term commitment that is available for any school term. Dow encourages students to apply for a work term other than summer. Students must reapply and be reconsidered for additional work terms.
* Alternating Term Co-op Track: Available in any semester as well, with a target of at least three work terms before graduation, with no need to reapply for each term, provided performance is satisfactory. Additional works terms beyond the initial three terms are contingent upon your end of term evaluation, slot availability and school requirements.
Key Program Details:
* All work terms are a minimum of 12 weeks with a maximum of 14 weeks in duration for both Tracks.
* The majority of the positions are available in Louisiana, Michigan and Texas. Limited positions may exist in other sites in the United States. Student must be committed to relocate anywhere in the U.S. outside of specified preferences.

Contingencies:

Key Responsibilities

What You Will Do:
