As our Safety Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing all ramp and employee safety programs at our new expansion location. Your mission? What We're Looking For:
5-7+ years of experience in aviation safety, employee safety management, or ground handling safety.
Bachelors Degree in Safety Engineering, Safety, Aviation Ground Safetyor in related field preferred.
Strong understanding of OSHA, FAA, DOT, and airline safety regulations.
Experience working with airport security, airline partners, and federal regulatory agencies.
Ability to conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and collaborate with legal teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills-able to influence teams at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-driven safety reporting tools.

The FSQA - Food Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of quality and food safety programs to be in compliance with Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), Safe Food for Canadians Act (SFCA), SQF certification, and other requirements.

What You'll Do:
* Support Plant Quality Manager in the management, maintenance, and implementation of Quality and Food Safety policies, SOPs, and work instructions to support compliance to SQF standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Support SQF compliance by acting as Internal Auditor during monthly SQF Program Audits and weekly Housekeeping Inspections; Responsible for compiling non-conformances from audits and inspection to incorporate into CAPA program.
* Manage facility Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) program by assigning CAPA owners, conducting root cause analysis, tracking completion status, assessing corrective action effectiveness, maintaining documentation, and escalating upwards to Corporate Quality team as necessary.
* Support SQF audits through acting as site backup SQF practitioner and maintaining the knowledge base for local and corporate policies, procedure, and records to demonstrate compliance.
* Manage site Environmental Monitoring Program through ensuring all samples are taken in accordance to schedule, ensure corrective actions and repeat swabs are taken when action levels are exceeded, track and trend results, and review effectiveness of program during Quality Management Reviews and KPI tracking.
* Support Hold and Release, Traceability, and Recall programs through physically and electronically placing material on hold, ensuring all holds are documented appropriately, preparing reports on hold material, communicating hold to corporate and distribution teams, and supporting traceability and mock-recall exercises.
* Prepare data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the quality and food safety programs; Review KPI reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement activities.
* Act as a leader for Food Safety Culture within the facility by supporting the T.R.U.S.T. initiative and through continuous training, coaching, guidance, and support of all levels of employees throughout the facility.

The FSQA - Food Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of quality and food safety programs to be in compliance with Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), Safe Food for Canadians Act (SFCA), SQF certification, and other requirements.

What You'll Do:
Support Plant Quality Manager in the management, maintenance, and implementation of Quality and Food Safety policies, SOPs, and work instructions to support compliance to SQF standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support SQF compliance by acting as Internal Auditor during monthly SQF Program Audits and weekly Housekeeping Inspections; Responsible for compiling non-conformances from audits and inspection to incorporate into CAPA program.
Manage facility Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) program by assigning CAPA owners, conducting root cause analysis, tracking completion status, assessing corrective action effectiveness, maintaining documentation, and escalating upwards to Corporate Quality team as necessary.
Support SQF audits through acting as site backup SQF practitioner and maintaining the knowledge base for local and corporate policies, procedure, and records to demonstrate compliance.
Manage site Environmental Monitoring Program through ensuring all samples are taken in accordance to schedule, ensure corrective actions and repeat swabs are taken when action levels are exceeded, track and trend results, and review effectiveness of program during Quality Management Reviews and KPI tracking.
Support Hold and Release, Traceability, and Recall programs through physically and electronically placing material on hold, ensuring all holds are documented appropriately, preparing reports on hold material, communicating hold to corporate and distribution teams, and supporting traceability and mock-recall exercises.
Prepare data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the quality and food safety programs; Review KPI reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement activities.
Act as a leader for Food Safety Culture within the facility by supporting the T.R.U.S.T. initiative and through continuous training, coaching, guidance, and support of all levels of employees throughout the facility.

Responsibilities
Your Role:
The Senior Manager- Environmental Health & Safety will provide leadership, counsel, and perform as an effective facilitator to influence development of a proactive approach to safety, health and environmental issues. The principal challenges include assuring that sound Environmental, Safety, and Health Management systems are in place; anticipating, recognizing, evaluating, and controlling safety and health hazards; providing expert input into problem-solving and implementation relative to those hazards; and monitoring and continually improving the performance of Health and Safety Management Systems.

Provide focus, definition and technical expertise for the development of a proactive EHS plan that is consistent with RCP's corporate policies, vision, values and is in compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
Communication and training to plant management that will insure all levels of plant personnel understand their roles and functions for identifying and resolving of EHS issues, complying with EHS regulations and WWHP .
Maintaining awareness of and proactively influencing emerging and existing EHS laws/regulation, which may impact plant operation.
Negotiating environmental permits that reflect cost effective process design, reasonable operating constraints, and are consistent with corporate environmental policy and regulatory requirements.
Provide direction and technical expertise to the engineering organizations or contractors in implementing EHS projects, while adhering to RPC safety expectation.
Establishing and maintain communications, reporting, assessments, training programs, and guidance necessary to ensure that the department managers are fully informed about all Health policies and applicable laws and regulations in a timely fashion.
Maintaining plant compliance with all EPA reporting regulations.
Maintain plant SPCC plan and assures compliance as appropriate
Maintain compliance regarding hazardous material by conducting weekly inspections, preparing Hazardous Waste Disposal and Waste Water Reports, advising plant personnel on hazardous waste handling and obtaining samples and analysis of possible hazardous material.
Coordinate necessary environmental, health and safety training to support and enhance the organization's safety culture while ensuring the plant is in compliance with local, state, federal and Reynold's Safety requirements.
Build and maintain strong communication channels to all levels of operating management and functional departments, as well as the production workforce by conferring with team members on the safe use of equipment, fire protection, and the overall safety program and by providing expert guidance and tactical hands on assistance in all Environmental, Health, and Safety goals and initiatives.
Establish and maintain communications, reporting, assessments, training programs, and guidance necessary to ensure that the location managers are fully informed about all noncompliance and potential noncompliance issues relative to EHS policies and applicable laws and regulations in a timely fashion.
Maintaining awareness of and proactively influencing emerging and existing EHS laws/regulation, which may impact, plant operation.
Measures safety performance through computing injury/frequency rates, making reports, and keeping records of accidents and prevention measures.

Qualifications
We need you to have:
BA/BS degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, or technical discipline or related field.
8+ years of progressive and related professional Health and Safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Knowledge of applicable Federal, State and RCP's EHS related regulations and procedures.
Working knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations and policies including OSHA, SARA, Title V air, waste, wastewater and storm water.
General knowledge of GMP, HACCP, AIB and SQF requirements.
Requires thorough understanding of EHS objectives, procedures, and policies.
Demonstrated legislation knowledge and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication skills, analytical skills, problem solving and creative skills to deal both objectively and empathetically with organizational and labor/management challenges.
Demonstrated professional with passion for change and relentless focus on execution
Ability to train others. Previous experience and/or knowledge of various training methodologies.
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

The Health & Safety (H&S) Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive H&S strategies, systems, and programs across all of Amp Americas' operations. This role will ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations, operating permits, and reporting requirements while fostering a culture of health and safety stewardship throughout the organization. The Director of H&S will drive continuous improvement in H&S performance and support the company's growth in the renewable natural gas (RNG) industry. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer on an interim basis and work closely with the VP of Operations, the VP of Engineering and the VP of Project Delivery to ensure an independent line of communication to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute H&S strategies aligned with Amp Americas' business objectives and industry best practices
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of H&S policies, procedures, and management systems
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local H&S regulations across Amp Americas' facilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate H&S considerations into business decisions and growth strategies
Develop and manage the H&S budget, allocating resources effectively to support safety
Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and the implementation of corrective actions
Coordinate with the Operations Division Trainer to ensure H&S principles are integrated into operator training programs
Review and approve contractor safety programs and ensure compliance with Amp Americas' safety standards
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for H&S performance, providing regular reports to senior management
Lead emergency preparedness and response planning for all Amp Americas facilities
Stay current with emerging H&S trends, technologies, and regulations in the RNG industry
Visit operating facilities and new construction sites to conduct safety audits on personnel, equipment, and materials
Skills / Abilities / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
5-10 years of experience in H&S management, with at least 5 years in an industrial processing industry such as RNG, oil and gas exploration and processing, power generation, pulp and paper manufacturing, natural gas compression and/or pipelines
Extensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory standards applicable to the RNG or similar process industries
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful H&S programs in industrial settings
Self-starter with the ability to influence and motivate at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior management and external stakeholders
Experience with H&S management systems such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OSHA VPP
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification preferred; with preference given to additional relevant certifications (e.g., CIH, CHMM)
Familiarity with renewable energy, biogas, or related industries is a plus
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate H&S metrics into actionable insights
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations
Willingness to travel to Amp Americas facilities as needed (approximately 50% of the time)
