    Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services In Partnership with CFG Health Network Schedule: 15.5 hours/week (In-Person Only) Teams: Two programs within the same building * Team A: 7.5 hours/week * Team B: 8 hours/week About the Role Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services, in partnership with CFG Health Network, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time Psychiatrist to provide direct in-person psychiatric care for two community-based teams located in Little Falls, NJ. This role offers a consistent once-per-week, in-person schedule while supporting adults living with serious mental illness in a recovery-oriented model. This role can be fulfilled by one or two providers. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative, community-based care, enjoys working in the field, and is committed to delivering high-quality psychiatric services. Key Responsibilities * Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing medication management. * Deliver medication counseling and psychoeducation in collaboration with the treatment team. * Work in the field alongside a staff partner to assess and support individuals in community settings (home visits, community sites, etc.). * Coordinate care with Bridgeway team members-including clinicians, nurses, and case managers-to ensure comprehensive treatment planning. * Participate in team meetings, documentation, and follow-up as needed for continuity of care. * Maintain accurate EMR documentation in accordance with CFG and Bridgeway standards. * Support a recovery-focused, person-centered care model. Schedule & Structure * Total: 15.5 hours per week * 7.5 hours with Program/Team A * 8 hours with Program/Team B * All services must be performed in person at the Little Falls site. * Some time will be spent in the field conducting community-based evaluations with a staff partner. Qualifications * MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry (if finished residency within 5 years). * Valid New Jersey medical license and CDS/DEA registrations. * Experience with community-based or mobile treatment models preferred. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. * Commitment to recovery-focused, strengths-based care.

    Job Details Kearny, NJ Part Time $37.00 - $41.00 Hourly DayDescription Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) deliver care to inmate patients utilizing the nursing assessment protocols in assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, in accordance with established philosophy. LPNs collaborate with the Registered Nurse to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. LPNs effectively interact with patients, while maintaining the standard of professional nursing. Corrections Nurses provide care to inmate patients to promote & improve their overall health utilizing the nursing process in triage, professional training and various resources in accordance with regulatory agencies and established guidelines. The inmate patient population generally has not had consistent access to healthcare prior to their incarceration. This provides an opportunity for nurses to see and care for an interesting variety of health concerns from minor ailments to major and atypical conditions. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Corrections Nurses provide direct and individualized nursing care to the correctional facility, guided by the nursing protocols. In addition to general nursing care, responsibilities of Corrections Nurses include (but are not limited to): Performs assessments of inmate patients in a variety of settings within the institution such as: initial intake area, health care unit for sick, emergency situations on housing units, chronic care clinics, and medical units. Collaborates with primary care providers and other health care providers to ensure continuity, timeliness, and appropriateness of care to inmate patients Coordinates and/or administers medication, therapeutic agents, and treatments, to inmate patients LPNs also ensure Medical Record documentation is in SOAP format, problem-oriented, and corresponds to the therapeutic order. Ensures all documentation is timed, legible, and signed Promotes a culture of safety for patients and employees through proper identification, reporting documentation, and prevention. Maintains competency and knowledge of current standards of practice, trends, and developments in related scope of job role or practice. Reports reactions to treatments and medications, as well as changes in the inmates' emotional or physical condition Provides inmate patient education and/or discharge planning Records all care information concisely, accurately, and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format, and on the appropriate forms Promotes a therapeutic environment to ensure inmates are treated in a professional, ethical, and tactful manner Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending on the assignment setting Adheres to professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and NCCHC standards and/or standards from other accrediting bodies. Lead RN Responsibilities: * Create and maintain medical records. * Perform weekly medical chart audits. * Review medical policies as needed for compliance and accuracy. * Conduct and supervise youth admissions to ensure all necessary documentation is complete. * Update each youth's weekly medication sheet, recording and dating all changes. * Complete medication disposal logs twice per month and return all unsuited medications to the pharmacy at least twice a month. * Create and maintain a medical appointment log book necessary for staff to take youth to their appointments. * Coordinate all written prescriptions (including obtaining consent when necessary, sending orders to the pharmacy, ensuring timely delivery of medications, and tracking medication distribution). * Physically work on all programs. * Schedule and facilitate mandatory RN staff meetings monthly and as needed. * Review RN meeting agenda items and minutes with all RNs who are unable to attend (to include all per diem nurses). * Provide clinical and administrative supervision to all RNs to include 15 minutes of individual supervision monthly and as needed. * Create and manage the RN schedule. * Actively participate in problem-solving for nursing staff in difficult situations; serve as central resource for nursing staff. Manage and track RN "call outs" including appropriate use of PTO, notifying the Administrative Assistant for documentation in the employee's HR file, and notifying the program in the event of a call-out to ensure proper coverage. * Recommend corrective action plans to the Program Director as needed. The Program Director will be responsible for implementing the corrective action plan. * If a corrective action plan is needed and there are clinical implications to the situation, the Lead RN will consult with the APN as needed. The recommendation for corrective action will then be made to the Program Director. * Participate in the interviewing and hiring of RN's. * Train all new RN and BCS staff on the procedures of medication administration and documentation. Other: * Familiar with all co-worker's job functions so that appropriate internal referrals can be initiated as needed (i.e., nurse, clinician, etc.). * Assigned to mandatory extra shifts when needed. * Takes on special tasks to contribute to the overall functioning of the program (i.e., ordering supplies, shopping, fire drills, pharmacy runs, errands, etc.). * Aid in the training of new staff on the job. * Drive program vehicles as requested.
