Andrew Katcher MBA CIA CISA is a Founder and President at Rapid Results, Consulting CFO at Early Growth, and CFO Leadership Council Steering Committee Member at The CFO Leadership Council and is based in Moreno Valley, California. Joe is an experienced commercial insurance broker helping venture backed, private equity owned and publicly traded firms. He has experience consulting in tech, biotech, healthcare, energy, food, media/entertainment, cannabis, real estate and transportation. His clients include household brand names and his team is used as a partner resource for risk management and insurance program audits by San Francisco and Silicon Valley's top VC, PE, consulting and law firms.

Matt is the Managing Director for Effectus Group’s Managed Accounting Services (MAS) practice which specializes in providing former Big 4 corporate accountants on a full-time project basis to high-growth , pre IPO, and public companies. Matt has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, including 10 years at KPMG (in the Silicon Valley, Boston, and Brazil offices). Matt has worked with all types of companies from start-ups to large public companies.

Prior to joining Effectus, Matt was one of the founding partners of a successful international accounting firm focused on cross-border transactions. Matt also worked in a software security start-up in San Francisco that had a successful exit with Checkpoint.

Matt has been heavily involved in the start-up community including serving as a judge for Harvard Business School’s venture start-up program, guest lecturer at Northeastern University’s school of business, and an international business delegate for San Francisco Mayor’s office. Matt has also been working as a steering committee member with the CFO leadership council for over 10 years (in the San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Boston chapters)

He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and holds a master's degree in Accounting and a dual bachelor degree in Economics and Business Administration.
