As a Collections System ProjectManager, you'll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services uninterrupted. Based in Hoboken, New Jersey, you'll have the opportunity to manage the operation and maintenance of the collection system, and all essential components as outlined in the contract.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plans, coordinates, and directs the maintenance, operations, and repair of wastewater collection systems including pump stations, solids and floatable facilities, sewer and catch basin cleaning, vehicles, and other components associated with our system.
Familiar with operations of a combined sewer system, managing combined sewer overflows (CSO's), and reporting to NJDEP.
Supervises field and shop operations, and coordinates field work with other departments.
Supervises the maintenance of work records and certifies field repair logs, if needed.
Manages the CMMS system to ensure work is completed on time, and maintenance activities are properly documented.
Prepares comprehensive progress and work reports and time and cost reports as required.
Consults with subordinates on matters of workloads, requests, records and reports, and priority assignments. Develops work programs and budget estimates for the department.
Plans, assigns, supervises, and evaluates the work of staff; assists with the hiring and training of new employees.
Requisitions material, tools, equipment, and contractors, as needed, for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the collection facilities; supervises and directs contractors and crews; reviews and approves invoices for payment.
Establishes safety precautions against occupational hazards. Understands traffic control measures for field work.
Receives and investigates complaints and requests from the public regarding sewer service. Diagnoses operating problems and directs effective corrective procedures.
Performs related work and other duties as required.
Performs inspections of storm water detention systems and FOG systems (Fats Oils, and Grease).
Performs emergency response duties as necessary, which also includes communications with customers and the public agencies.
Familiar with CCTV inspections and reporting, and sewer improvement projects.

High school diploma or GED.
Level 4 NJDEP Wastewater Collections System Operator License, or ability to obtain the level 4 license within 1 year.
7 to 10 years of experience in the construction, maintenance and operation of collections systems.

PACP Certification or ability to obtain the certification within 1 year.
Understanding of ArcGIS and data management.
Basic electrical/mechanical knowledge involved in working on pump, motors, pump station controls, SCADA, and other equipment such as high velocity sewer cleaning equipment, power rodding, or other equipment used in removing debris from sewer pipe, and related equipment including line cleaning, TV inspection, and vactor truck and clam truck operation.
Knowledge of safe work practices, supervisory training, principles of budget preparation and expenditure control and federal and state laws as they pertain to the water/wastewater industry.

Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for program management of Transportation projects and acting as ProjectManager for designated strategic projects. Responsibilities
The ProjectManager, Warehousing is responsible for Warehouse Operations related duties at the professional level, including but not limited to managing all tasks associated with onboarding new customer accounts and managing key account projects for all existing customers.

Work with Director, Warehouse Operations, and VP, Warehouse Operations to ensure support is provided to various teams when needed.
Responsible for assisting various managers in day-to-day warehouse operations.
Align customer requirements with EFW best practices.
Support initiatives such as process improvement, documenting existing processes and procedures, and attaining company and warehouse revenue and gross profit goals.
Work with VP, Warehouse Operations to understand complete customer expectations and the scope of work.
Facilitate the onboarding of new accounts and assist in the transition to the appropriate operating group.
Assist various managers in creating SOPs.
Identify training opportunities within various Warehousing Operations groups, and work with the Training Services group to rectify.
Identify opportunities for technology to contribute to operational efficiencies.
Coordinate with appropriate operations personnel to develop a handling profile that encompasses all aspects of the operation to the customer's expectations.
Confirm all customer billing requirements are documented and adhered to.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks as they arise. Communicate to appropriate managers.
Anticipate challenges to successful onboarding and correct any issues that may arise as a result.
Seek to continuously improve the customer onboarding process.
Identify and assist with corrective action plans when needed to mitigate customer account issues and satisfy their requirements.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
Implement improved efficiency measures when needed.
Support and promote company core values.
Regular attendance is required.
Must comply with all company policies, rules, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Expert proficiency in all facets of EFW operations processes.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies, and the public.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and set priorities.
Basic understanding and experience in projectmanagement methodologies.

The ProjectManager will partner with the assigned Account Executive in managing all aspects of the existing business including directing customer service, the Sales Assistant, and engaging the Sales Manager, Corrugated Specialist, and Equipment Specialist as necessary. Manage Key Account projects and assists sales to develop a consistent procedure for business reviews.
Lead the planning and implementation of Key Account projects.
Lead and coordinate business reviews. Work closely with Sales Manager and Account Manager, and work with Branch Administration to develop pertinent, effective presentations.
Review commission reports to ensure all vendor deviations are in place. Identify margin improvement projects by customer and/or product category.
Hold weekly team meetings to ensure priorities for the week are identified, communicated, and assigned.

Plan and schedule project timelines.
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
Provide direction and support to the project team
Constantly monitor and report on progress to all stakeholders

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years B2B customer service rep, sales assistant, account management, sales professional or buyer experience required
Packaging industry experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and projectmanagement experience.
Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Salesforce expereince preferred
Travel to Wisconsin, Northern Indiana and Chicago Metro is required
