Challenger School is seeking enthusiastic, intelligent individuals to join the elementary school teams at our California campuses. As a teacher at Challenger, you will teach individual responsibility, self-confidence, and independence alongside grammar and math. Our classes are fast paced, fun, and have a proven curriculum already in place. Specific teaching degrees and certificates are not required to teach at Challenger School; we will teach you how to teach! At Challenger you will start in our paid teacher training program where you will learn our unique curriculum and teaching styles through video instruction, manual study, teacher observations, and hands on experience in classroom settings across the grades. After successful completion of that program, you will be given a classroom of your own to teach and manage. Where available, candidates may be considered for more specialized positions such as computer, P.E., art, or middle school teacher.
