Kieran O'Sullivan is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of CTS Corp. He has been appointed as Chairman of the Board effective May 21, 2014. From 1981 to 1985, he was employed by Birdview Satellite Communications, Inc., which manufactured and marketed home satellite television systems, initially as a salesman and later as National Sales Manager.

Patrick Kaltenbach joined the company in January 2021 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in April 2021. Prior to joining the company, he served as the lead of the Life Sciences Segment at Becton Dickinson since 2018. He was President of the Life Sciences and Applied Markets Group at Agilent from 2014 to 2018.
