As the chief campus administrator reporting to the Regional VP of Campus Operations, you'll drive academic and operational goals, foster a high-performing team, and serve as a key ambassador in the local community. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all institutional policies and standards. Qualifications Education: Master's in nursing, education, or business from an accredited institution required; DNP/PhD in nursing preferred. Education and experience must meet state regulatory requirements. Licensure: Current, unencumbered RN license or multi-state licensure privilege to practice nursing in the Commonwealth/State required. Experience: Minimum 5 years as a practicing RN, including 2 years as faculty in a professional nursing education program or in higher education administration (preferred). At least 2 years in educational administration (required). Proven leadership with budget responsibility and operational oversight. Experience managing a P&L, overseeing multiple functions, and working in proprietary education, consulting, or healthcare (preferred). Strong engagement with community leaders and politicians (preferred). Skills & Competencies: Strategic agility, critical thinking, and deductive reasoning. Fundamentals of Microbiology with Lab (BIOS-242) Days: Monday - Saturday (Choose 2 days) Days and Evenings are available This course covers basic concepts of microbiology, with emphasis on medically important microorganisms and infectious diseases. Also addressed are microscopy, microbial growth and genetics, antimicrobial agents, epidemiology and immune system responses to pathogens. Lab exercises focus on aseptic techniques, isolation and culture of microorganisms, microscopy and staining techniques. Courses meet on campus twice a week, for eight week sessions. This face-to-face interaction is blended with technology (such as online discussions and assignments) for an enhanced learning environment. Commitment is on a course-by-course basis. Responsibilities: Develops and provides students with an approved Adtalem Global Education syllabus that follows a template established by the local campus, and which includes the terminal course objectives. This role partner to deliver campaign strategy, campaign implementation, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure media plans are executed efficiently and effectively. This candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing platforms, measurement & experimentation methodologies, and media enabling data flow ecology. * Assist in the execution of full-funnel media strategies aligned with brand growth, lead generation, and enrollment goals. * Manage day-to-day operations of media campaigns, including budgeting, pacing, and performance monitoring. * Collaborate with analytics and agency teams to implement measurement frameworks (MMM, Salesforce, Incremenatlity) and optimize channel performance. * Support test-and-learn initiatives by coordinating creative and media experiments and reporting on outcomes. * Partner with creative and web teams to ensure alignment between media placements and messaging. * Maintain documentation and reporting dashboards to track campaign KPIs and budget pacing. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders across marketing, enrollment, and analytics to ensure campaign alignment. * Serve as a point of contact for agency partners on campaign execution and reporting. * Assist in preparing presentations and performance summaries for leadership and cross-functional teams. * Contribute to the development of media briefs and creative asset planning. * Foster strong internal partnerships across marketing, enrollment, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution * Create and review monthly and annual budgets. * Completes other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree preferably in marketing a related field. * Master's Degree MBA Preferred * Eight (8) years at an agency or brand directly responsible for the execution of paid media. * Experience running both brand and performance media with the knowledge to connect media performance through the funnel to drive efficiency and growth. * Strong analytical skills with experiecne in campagin performance reporting and optimization. * Familiarity with MMM, incrementality, and brand measurement to optimize media. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced regulated environment. * Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. * Excellent project management and organizational skills. * Proficiency in media platforms such SA360, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, DSP's and analytic tools.
