Collects data on assigned patients as directed by Registered Nurse (RN) and ensures accurate documentation. Demonstrates competency in selected psychomotor skills as outlined in the skills checklist including: measurement of vital signs, blood glucose monitoring, and measuring and recording intake and output. Performs or assists patients with the activities of daily living. Prepares patients for transportation and/or transport. Acts as mentor to new Health Care Tech employees and contributes to the orientation and training of staff. Participates in unit PI projects. Is an active member of unit partnership council, unit committees and or projects. Acts as a role model and supports management initiatives for the department. Seeks out additional learning experiences and shares knowledge with others. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $18.89per hour - $30.6per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
