Performs calculations and analysis to support designs by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Creates designs from rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from Sales and customers. Drafts detailed construction drawings and installations such as walls, roofs, floors, plumbing, water, electrical, cabinets, gas lines, duct prints, foundations elevations, etc. Uses computer assisted design (CAD) equipment and software to create detail drawings. The Corporate Retail Support Specialist will also support the growth and operational aspects of the deal submission process by providing insights for best practices, new initiatives, collaborating with other departments, and the sales centers. The duties and responsibilities listed below are those that must be met to successfully perform this job. · Submit sales deals for commission processing according to defined timelines and department requirements. · Compare signed contracts to system entries to ensure alignment and data integrity for the sales department. · Maintain organized digital files in Microsoft Teams and ensure contract documentation is up to date. · Collaborate and communicate daily via Microsoft Teams, including chats, meetings, shared files, and document maintenance. · Supports other ad hoc projects, duties and tasks to support the Retail organization as assigned. · Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
