Joe is currently President and COO of ChanceLight Education, the nation's largest provider of alternative and special education services. Joe previously served as Senior VP of Operations at Corizon Health, where he was responsible for delivery of contract services nationwide within Corizon’s community business line and was accountable for the achievement of operational, financial and clinical goals.Joe also previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for Saint Thomas West and Saint Thomas Midtown Hospitals, which is a two-campus enterprise that totals over 1,200 beds and is part of Saint Thomas Health in Nashville, TN. Prior to that role, he served as Associate Chief Operating Officer for West and Midtown Hospitals and was also the operating executive for Cardiac Services across the Saint Thomas system. Before joining Saint Thomas Health in March 2016, Joe held various executive roles at hospitals in South Florida, most recently as COO of Mercy Hospital in Miami, FL, from 2012 to 2016. Joe also served previously as COO of St. Lucie Medical Center in Port St. Lucie, FL from 2009 to 2012, and Associate Administrator at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center in Aventura, FL from 2006 to 2009.Joe attended the University of Florida for both his undergraduate and graduate course work, and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree (2002), and Master of Health Administration degree (2004). Joe is currently a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), having received his Fellow designation in 2011.

Kathy is an experienced multi-channel direct marketing executive with over 25 years of know-how in all facets of business processes and consumer sales and marketing, including experience at companies such as Office Max, Coldwater Creek and Discount School Supply . Kathy has a proven track record launching new marketing initiatives, and a talent for building strong and motivated teams. Kathy recently joined Silver Star Brands (formerly Miles Kimball Company) as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, where she is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of all marketing strategies, in order to create the strongest possible brand presence for all five Silver Star Brands. Prior to her move to Silver Star Brands, Kathy held the position of VP of Marketing at Acxiom where she was responsible for the re-launch of the 43 year old brand; updated brand strategy and positioning to regain relevancy and differentiation. Kathy received her BS in Economics from Colorado State University and earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Kathy is a leader who brings a clear focus on business impact to her organization and offers a fresh perspective on what success looks like today.
