The Clinical Coordinator is a full-time position reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer(CNO) with dotted line to the Assistant/Associate Director of Nursing (ADON) at each location assigned and is a member of the Nursing Program Leadership Team. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the components related to the clinical aspects of the curriculum, in accordance with the Ohio Board of Nursing standards so the students have the optimum learning environment.

Responsibilities
* Secure, set up and monitor clinical sites in conjunction with Associate Directors of Nursing at assigned locations. Establish cooperative working relationships with key contacts at the sites.

* Work with the Nursing Program Leadership team to coordinate scheduling of clinicals with scheduling of courses

The Student Success Advisor (SSA) works under the direction of the Student Success Director (SSD) and in collaboration with the Ross College, Sylvania VP of Online Operations. * Attending retention calls as scheduled, and program calls when invited, to stay abreast of specific program needs

* Assist students with basic Canvas LMS tech support as part of the orientation
Financial Aid Support
* Support the initial student experience and registration process by assisting students at kiosk/computer as needed for FA processing and enrollment
* Handle follow up with students in the collection of documents at the campus level as requested
* Act as a liaison to CFAO to get student questions answered, or appointments scheduled
* Handle some account receivable functions including: accepting other limited payments at the campus, distributing receipts, making bank deposits, etc.

PART TIME - CLASSROOM AIDE - MEDICAL OR DENTAL ASSISTANTS - MORNINGS & EVENINGS AVAILABLE The Classroom Aide may provide assistance to Primary or Secondary Instructors in the classroom, and students who need tutoring in individual and group sessions. Classroom Duties may include:

Outside of Class
