Required Qualifications:

The Project Coordinator role is responsible for assisting the Sales team and Project Managers by ensuring efficient sample receiving, processing, and storage protocols. Additionally, this role provides support for various ad hoc requests to facilitate smooth project execution.
Shift 7 AM to 4 PM MST Monday through Friday - In Office
Key Responsibilities:
Sample handling.
Open and inspect perishable samples daily while maintaining strict cold-chain custody and sample integrity.
Take photos and record temperature for all received samples.
Log samples into tracking systems accurately.
Store samples in designated areas, ensuring they are out of plain sight and appropriately maintained.
Notify Sales and support teams upon sample arrival and document conditions.
Break down packaging materials for recycling or disposal.
Prepare samples for deliveries, including accurate labeling and documentation.
Organize samples for Sales team pickup for meeting preparation.
Coordinate outbound shipments via FedEx / UPS.
Manage daily sample inventory, tracking all inbound and outbound samples, including those returned from the Sales team.
Provide a detailed weekly inventory report for review and direction on sample disposition (e.g., keep, donate, dispose, destroy).
Maintain cleanliness of walk-in freezers, refrigerators, and all sample storage locations weekly to uphold food safety standards.
Conduct first production case reviews, including taking measurements, weights, images, and assembling products.
Maintain inventory of meeting presentation materials, such as boards and packaging materials.
Conduct various product tests, including UV tests, shelf-life assessments, and scrape tests, as needed per Sales and support team instructions.
Project Support
Plan and execute ad hoc requests from the Sales and Project Management teams.
Utilize strategic and critical thinking to ensure project goals are achieved.
Source products and vendors as needed to fulfill project requirements.
In-store competitive analysis as needed.
Accountability & Performance Metrics:
Sample Integrity: Ensure all samples are maintained under proper conditions from arrival to final disposition.
Inventory Accuracy: Maintain precise records of sample check-ins and check-outs across walk-in freezers, refrigerators, and all sample storage locations.
Execution Excellence: Support Sales and Project Managers in executing requests at a high level to ensure the success of meetings and projects.

Responsibilities:
Work within a multi-faceted team to meet deliverables of newly awarded Community Innovations grant.
Support the build-out of new coalitions and contribute to the efforts and outcomes of the work.
Assist in the build-out of the new Arizona Community Tobacco Council, prepare for council meetings and follow-up on their next steps.
Identify potential external community partners that can elevate the work
Prepare and organize convenings such as cohorts, meetings, education sessions, community education activities etc. as appointed by Manager.
Research and identify resources that pertain to tobacco, existing smoke-free and commercial tobacco-free environments, tobacco policies, coalition management, and more to share out to council members, stakeholders, and partners.
Promote cessation services and resources
Support distribution and evaluation of community assessments. Contribute to next steps according to assessment outcomes.
Contribute to required American Lung Association and funder reports.
Work well within a team setting, collaborate and support team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, or related field required with a minimum of two years of programing/health education experience.
Two years of similar non-profit programming experience highly preferred
Prior experience in Community outreach, tobacco education, and/or coalition management
Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills both written and oral
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs
Able to work with minimum direct supervision, make decisions, and take initiative
Proven ability to cultivate and steward relationships across a diverse population
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Activity Therapist serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based activity services to patients hospitalized for treatment of substance abuse, dual diagnosis, or psychiatric or emotional disorders. Activity Therapist plans, organizes and directs medically approved activity programs including such activities as holidays and special events, social activities, relaxation techniques, music-based interventions, leisure educational games, and expressive arts to assist patients to develop interpersonal relationships, increase motivation, to socialize effectively, and to develop confidence needed to participate in group activities. Qualifications and requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in Recreational Therapy (CTRS), Music Therapy (MT-BC), Art Therapy (ATR, ATR-BC, ATR-P LPAT), or similar field required.
