John Monce is Chief Operations Officer, Chandler, Inc. John has extensive operations management and project management experience, both in the U.S. and abroad. He is also experienced in account management; with a significant background in proposal development, client presentations and contract negotiations. His history includes work with medical equipment, government equipment and retail selling environments.
