Mark T. Bertolini (born 1956) is an American businessman who was the CEO of Aetna, a Fortune 50 diversified health care benefits company with over $60 billion in 2015 revenue. Bertolini assumed the role of CEO on November 29, 2010 and of Chairman on April 8, 2011 until Aetna was sold to CVS on November 28, 2018.

Tyler has more than two decades of experience with McKesson, having served in a wide variety of leadership roles throughout the company. He has led nearly every major business within the company as well as McKesson’s corporate strategy and business development unit.

Thomas Mika previously served as the Chairman of the Board of Rennova Health, the successor company to CollabRx and its predecessor, Tegal Corporation, a semiconductor capital equipment company. On the Board of Directors of Tegal since its spin-out from Motorola in 1989, Mika assumed the roles of Chief Financial Officer in 2002, CEO in 2005 and Chairman & CEO in 2006, positions which he held until 2015. In 2015, Tegal merged with Rennova Health with Mika retaining the position of Chairman until joining POET in November 2016. Previously, Mika co-founded IMTEC, a boutique investment and consulting firm, serving clients in the U.S., Europe and Japan over a period of 20 years, taking on the role of CEO in several ventures. Earlier in his career, Mika was a managing consultant with Cresap, McCormick & Paget and a policy analyst for the National Science Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Patrick “Pat” Geraghty is president and chief executive officer (CEO) of GuideWell Mutual Holding Corporation, Florida Blue and GuideWell Group, Inc. GuideWell is a mutual insurance holding company and is a family of forward-thinking companies focused on transforming health care. The holding company includes Florida Blue, GuideWell Connect, Onlife Health, GuideWell Health, GuideWell Source, PopHealthCare and WebTPA. Geraghty is active in leading professional and community organizations. He is Immediate Past Chair of the Florida Council of 100, a private, non-profit, non-partisan organization of Florida business leaders who advise the state’s governor on how to improve the economic growth of the state and the economic well-being of its residents. He also serves as a member of the board of the National Institute of Health Care Management (NIHCM), a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of America’s health care system. Additionally, Geraghty serves on the boards of Pardee Rand Graduate School, America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) and Tampa Electric Co. (TECO). Geraghty holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and has participated in executive education programs at Harvard University School of Public Health and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Denise Napier is the president and chief executive officer of Health Partners Plans (HPP). She leads one of Southeastern Pennsylvania’s largest health maintenance organizations, with operations focusing on Medicare Advantage plans, a CHIP plan and a nationally recognized Medicaid plan. Under Ms. Napier's leadership, HPP puts members first, develops innovative programs to benefit communities and creates tremendous business growth. Ms. Napier has more than 25 years of results-driven leadership experience with Medicaid, Medicare and commercial products. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, product development, mergers and acquisitions, operations, pharmacy, health care management, network management, regulatory compliance, expansions and start-ups. Ms. Napier has served as CEO for multiple health plans, focusing on improving financial and growth outcomes to obtain profitability and transform lives. Prior to becoming HPP’s president and CEO, she served as the company’s senior vice president of health care management operations and, more recently, as executive vice president of clinical and provider management. Ms. Napier’s supportive leadership has enabled HPP to create groundbreaking partnerships with the Metropolitan Area Neighborhood Nutrition Alliance (MANNA) and the Broad Street Ministry. Ms. Napier received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Widener University and her Master of Health Administration from St. Joseph’s University. She is also a registered nurse in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a board member of the HealthShare Exchange, where she also serves as chair of the nominating committee. In addition, Ms. Napier is a board member of St. Christopher’s Foundation for Children.

Linda Hines is a Chief Executive Officer at Virginia Premier Health Plan Inc and is based in Chester, Virginia.
