As a multi-channel healthcare expert, Parks understands the industry and the crippling lack of information available to healthcare consumers. As a result of a deeply personal experience, Parks' mission is to change the healthcare landscape by improving information flow and cost transparency; therefore, empowering consumers to make educated healthcare decisions. Parks earned his bachelor's degree from Middle Tennessee State University.

W. Thomas McEnery is executive vice president, CMO and Corporate Affairs of Change Healthcare. Prior to joining the company in 2014, Mr. McEnery was the chief marketing officer of Optum (a part of UnitedHealth Group), the country's largest diversified health services business. Throughout his career, he has served in many leadership positions, including managing partner of Green Point Partners, vice president of Global Marketing at Fair Isaac Corporation, and several roles at Fallon Worldwide. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to the success of businesses such as Nikon, Fortune Brands, Weyerhaeuser, First Bank System, General Mills, ConAgra, Ralston Purina, and Motorola.
