The Change Management Analyst will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies. The role will create and deliver strategies and plans to help employees maximize the adoption of the new programs by honing methods of effective and sustained behavior change. The role is highly visible and will work with multiple stakeholders and span across several portfolios, corporate teams, IT groups and externals partners. Furthermore, this role will be expected to support implementation of fast and effective change across the company, ensuring new safety standards are met in a timely manner, incorporating elements of the ADKAR change framework.

Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, and capability transfer.

Identify stakeholder groups associated with each change, impact to each one and develop plans to manage them Develop strategies to gain executive support for transformational changes Evaluate current state for processes and tools, mapping to future state, and developing plans to enable the change for all relevant stakeholders

Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in accordance with client's Change Management methodologies that advance the organization's mission and goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities:
• You'll interact daily with other release planners, developers, testers, project managers, and service managers.
• You'll be responsible for planning and performing software deployment to Development, Test, and Production environments which are on performed on distributed (server), cloud, and mainframe platforms.
• The deployments are executed both during and before normal business hours, with an occasional need for weekend deployments.

Required Skills:
• Working knowledge of Change and Release Management methods, tools, terminology, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication skills - listening, verbal and written - including meeting management and facilitation.
• Excellent customer service skills - servicing and interfacing with individuals across IT (customers) in different roles to coordinate/lead elevates for major projects as well as operational changes.
• Excellent organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities successfully, delivering with high quality.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with others to establish common goals, including deployment dates.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
