We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Organizational Change management Consultant (OCM) for a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanent for our Calgary branch who will deliver consultative services directly to your clients and build relationships with our stakeholders and project teams!
A Day in the Life:Work with clients to identify the impact of a technology change being introduced to their end-users Help educate the client on the full capabilities of the technology to ensure they understand and can plan to derive the full intended benefit of technology Gather technology adoption requirements through various methods from individual interviews to leading group workshops Create personas and document user requirements to guide the OCM plans and technology implementation Coordinate with LVS technical teams and clients to determine the Governance Plan for a technology change being introduced to a client organization Develop end-user policies and standards to ensure secure and effective adoption of the technology Work with LVS technical consultants to learn about the technology change we are implementing for a client so we can create a strong OCM plan including Governance, Communications, and TrainingCreate a Communications Plan and develop communications messages to support the plan Use various communications for delivering the communication messages.Create a role-based Training Plan that reflects the various personas and change impact assessment Create training materials and deliver training to various user groups from white-glove service for Executives and their administrators to office and field/front line workers Support other change and communications related project activities Meet with the internal OCM Community of Practice to support the development of the practice area
What You Bring:5+ years experience in an end-user training and/or organizational change management role preferably supporting the people side of change in technology adoption consulting Experience eliciting requirements and creating role-based user requirements and impact assessment documentation.Experience creating Communication Plans and messages, using various communication methods and tools.Experience delivering live training in person and remotely using tools like Teams and PowerPoint LiveAble to work in a team environment, meet deadlines and take on responsibility and accountability Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong aptitude in learning new technology and acting as an end-user advocate in technology projects.Ability to follow established processes to deliver quality outcomes, understand hand-off and be able to suggest and apply improvements.Knowledge and skills in the development and implementation of methods, tools, and techniques to support organizational change management and technology adoption.

Responsibilities
Collaborate and strategize across organizations (growth, customer success, engineering, training, and product) to evolve the Organizational Change Management muscle within Omnicell. Work with Omnicell customer senior leaders and executives to help them understand their role as change sponsor. Support and coach senior leaders, managers and supervisors in their roles as change agents. Use Organizational Change Management methodology, framework, and tools to enable a change strategy for customers who are implementing new Omnicell solutions. Design, develop, deliver, and help manage Omnicell and customer communications around change. Conduct stakeholder, change impact, and readiness assessments for customer and Omnicell change initiatives Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics. Identify and manage potential change resistance. Consult with, support, and coach project team members on Organizational Change Management strategies and best practices. Design and execute upon Organizational Change Management deliverables in line with scope of key levers, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and measurement of change readiness and acceptance. Work with project leads to integrate and monitor Organizational Change Management deliverables within overall project plan. Required Knowledge and Skills

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or a high-school diploma/GED with six years of relevant professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree. Minimum three years of demonstrated Organizational Change Management experience. Knowledge of change management strategies, methodologies, and tools. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
Five years' experience in a Professional- or Shared Services-, Learning & Development-, Communications-related organization. Experience in the Healthcare industry. Change management certification (example Prosci, CCMP, CPCM). Prior work experience in consulting, project or program management. Understanding of Project Management methodologies.
Work Conditions
