The MCTP trains Brigade, Division, and Corps Commanders and their staffs during simulation-driven command post Warfighter Exercises (WFX) in support of Large-Scale Combat Operations and across Multi-Domain Operations.
Responsibilities:
Principal duty is the operations officer for the Headquarters Support Team. Serves as the operations officer and is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations. Manages information flow, understands the operational environment to include planning, preparation and execution of War Fighter Exercise's (WFXs) and daily garrison operations in support of HST Headquarters team.
Prepares and maintains tracking mechanisms that support Warfighter exercises personnel rosters, hotel scheduling, maintains training records, and daily functions supporting garrison operations.
Maintains situational awareness with regards to all Exercise Lifecycle (ELC) planning events.
The Operations Officer will have an additional duty as an Exercise Support Planner (as needed) to support Warfighter exercises:
As required, be prepared to execute your additional duty as an Exercise Support Planner (ESP). This involves attending planning meetings, writing, publishing, and delivering Exercise Life Cycle Event Contract Deliverables (CDRL).
As required, be prepared to execute your additional duty and travel as an Exercise Support Planner during Warfighter exercise to receive equipment, support the HST leadership and Exercise control (EXCON) during Warfighter exercises.

Systech Process Operators are trained in one process area and work with a minimum of supervision, unloading hazardous (i.e., flammable) and/or non-hazardous materials; and processing or blending the material for reuse as a fuel.

**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ Unloads and processes material following established procedures. Proficient in use of a forklift or other mobile equipment.
+ Responsible for following Systech policies and permits for proper handling of waste.
+ Performs, upon request, routine maintenance on designated equipment.
+ Maintains a clean and orderly work area. Well organized.
+ Ability to operate heavy equipment such as bobcat, track mobile (move and position railcars), stinger and remote controlled agitation crane.
+ Inspect and recondition customer portable Fuel Quality Waste tanks.
+ Wears all levels of PPE as required.
+ Acts in a safety conscience manner in the workplace and promotes safety with the other site employees.

Job Summary
Welding, cutting, grinding, prefabricated components to complete large assemblies, such as tanks, vessels, and structural steel.
Wages
* $18-$21 an hour
Minimum Qualifications
* Welding experience required
* Ability to Lift 50 pounds
* Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
* Ability to read blueprints
* Able to work overtime
* Ability to use hand tools

What You'll Do:
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with transfers, lifting, and positioning residents as needed.
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions, documenting care provided.
Ensure a clean, homelike environment for residents.
Participate in restorative nursing/therapy activities.
Report accidents, incidents, or concerns involving residents, staff, or visitors.
Work collaboratively with nursing and other team members to ensure optimal care delivery.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands required for this role include:
Standing, sitting, walking, and changing positions frequently.

Adhering to safety protocols, including the use of mechanical lifts and two-person lift procedures.
Qualifications:
