The Position
As a Mobile Expert, you are the face of NGW and a vital connection between our customers and cutting-edge wireless technology. Our Mobile Experts are customer-focused professionals who strive to meet and exceed sales goals through outstanding service and expert product recommendations. Your responsibilities will include:

On top of this base wage, you'll earn competitive commissions. When meeting sales targets, our Mobile Experts earn an average of $19.00 - $25.00 per hour - all-in, combining base pay plus commissions.
Because our commissions are uncapped, when exceeding sales targets, our top performers earn $30+ per hour.

A day in the life…
As the Production Lead, you will champion the iconic Russell Stover brand by having a direct role in the chocolate production process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for ensuring each piece of candy that comes out of our facility is "Only the Finest" quality that our customers have grown to expect. (Preferred Qualifications)
High School diploma or GED.
2 or more years' experience in a manufacturing facility.
Ability to read and understand rulers, tape measures, scales, and thermometers.
Ability to read and understand product specifications established by Russell Stover Chocolates and recognize deviations from those specifications.
Experience operating a scan gun.
Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
