I have devoted the entirety of my career to excellence in the insurance industry. I have more than 35 years of benefits consulting experience with large companies in Tennessee, and I founded my own company, Cowan Benefit Services, in 1991 and Cowan joined Hub International in 2016. I'm an expert in employee benefits and insurance brokerage but enjoy starting and running a business whose main goal is to help people. My first goal is to provide a healthy place for people to work, and then to work side by side with our staff to solve the complex problems our clients face.
