Being a PIC is a responsibility that is very important. This is one of the steps that will help with career advancement. This position is to be held as acting manager and you will be required to follow management procedures and policies. At any time any of these policies are violated, you may be removed from this position.
There are specific requirements that must be done and you will be reviewed on.
* Guest Service
* Associate Direction
* Sanitation

This is just the beginning.
You must maintain the highest guest service and coach and guide all associates.
In the beginning, you will have the task of running the shifts. As you develop, you will be given additional assignments.
The following must be done every shift:

* Temperature charts must be completed. Please take appropriate action if there are issues. Make sure that the information is left in the manager's log for the am manager to address.

* Drawers and deposits must be accurate and timely.
* All paperwork must be audited and totaled with your signature. This includes discounts, credit cards when auditing the cash drawers.
* You must walk through the storage areas have pulled all empty boxes and reorganize as necessary. The floors must be free of all food and garbage at all times.
* Make sure the front of house is clean and organized at all times.
