Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
At least 5 - 7 years of experience in marketing or related field required. This should include progressively responsible roles leading to senior management positions.
Experience in the same or a related industry can be highly beneficial.
Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team. This includes strategic planning, execution, and managing a team of marketers, designers, and/or analysts.
Experience in managing large-scale marketing projects and campaigns from inception to completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Diesel Mechanic/Technician Job Duties
Responsible for repairing, maintaining diesel engines and diesel components used in various vehicles and diesel equipment.
Technical degree or certification a plus.
Accurately and efficiently diagnose complex diesel engine conditions and make necessary repairs.
Communicate effectively with peers, foreman, and service team regarding those repairs.
Quality control work performed to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Diesel Mechanic/Technician Requirements
Valid Driver's license (Bonus compensation for CDL holders)

Experience with other diesel engine platforms such as Cummins, CAT, & International are a plus.
Other mechanical skills desired but not essential: Hydraulics, Brakes & Suspension, Manual Transmissions, Drive Train and Automatic Transmissions.
