Job Title: Clinical Systems and Technologies Business Analyst
Duration: 5+ Months

Job Description:
• Provide support within Clinical and other groups as required relating to company's Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS) to support Clinical business process, including design of reports to meet organizational needs, serving as CTMS Administrator, super-user and technical support.
• Responsible for maintaining catalog of standard reports; running Usage reports
• Facilitation of Clinical internal communication and support of external communication of Clinical structure, functions, partnerships, initiatives, and accomplishments to R&D by providing reports and metrics.
• Write/edit strategic communications, including metrics reports
• Analyze data and make recommendations. Identify and implement areas of improvement within the system.
• Research, analyze and present best practices to determine the best overall solution.
• Develop, write and publish training materials, user manuals and process flow maps as well as e-learning systems for CTMS System. May Deliver Training.
• Participate in functional requirement gathering and design review meetings.
• Test and Execute User Acceptance Test scripts. Review System Test scripts.
• Respond to department requests for hands-on assistance within CTMS.
• Position requires frequent interactions with Clinical Management and Leadership teams, sensitive handling of confidential information and comprehensive attention to accuracy and quality.
• May provide content for the CTMS / Tools area of company's Clinical Departmental intranet website. Support for Merger and Acquisition activities.
Experience:
• Experience with Siebel OBIEE reporting environment; developing reports and dashboards.
• Experience in testing and validation system enhancements and bug fixes; responsible for associated documentation
• Experience in identifying report issues and ability to troubleshoot and fix
• Experience leading workgroups to gather business requirements.
• Prior experience with Clinical Trials Management Systems is highly preferred.
• Experience working with Research & Development, especially Clinical Research & Development is preferred.

Position Overview
Our Summer Analyst/Associate Internship program mirrors the analyst experience to give you an understanding of our business and experience project work at Charles River Associates. Throughout the 8-10 week program, Analyst/Associate Interns work alongside senior colleagues to deliver live client consulting projects within the practice area. Along the way, you'll benefit from professional development and wellness support programs, social events to connect you with peers and a collegial work environment. Successful interns will be offered a full-time position following graduation.
During the internship program, you may work on many aspects of a project:
Work alongside, and in a collaborative environment with, talented and diverse colleagues, including PhD-trained economists, finance and accounting professionals (CFAs and CPAs), and valuation experts;
Conduct economic and industry research while analyzing client materials to build an understanding of a case's issues;
Perform/develop financial and economic analyses or valuation models to support case theories and present those results to colleagues and clients;
Program, build models, and perform regression analyses using languages such as Excel, Stata, R, Python, SQL, or SAS;
Investigate accounting irregularities and respond to allegations of fraud, misconduct, waste, and abuse;
Use your accounting and financial skills to prepare analyses of financial data, including financial models, for litigation and expert reports and testimony;
Investigate and analyze financial evidence, including financial records and transactions, to identify trends and anomalies, and clearly and concisely organize and summarize your findings;
Leverage your database skills to effectively analyze large data sets;
Communicate with team members, clients, and other professionals, to share investigative and analytical findings, and assist with the drafting of written reports to summarize procedures performed and findings.

Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree candidates graduating in December 2026/Summer 2027 with an academic focus in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related area;
Solid working knowledge of finance, accounting, and economic methodologies;
Command of a broad range of research and quantitative analysis skills (including strong Excel skills);
Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate governance, and regulatory environments;
Experience in gathering, standardizing, and analyzing voluminous transactional data;

• A position is available for a highly skilled analytical chemist or engineer to join in Pharmacokinetics Dynamics and Metabolism New Biological Entities (PDM-NBE) ADME group with deep expertise in antibody ADME and inter-molecular binding
• The lab based role entails training on the state-of-the-art technology for intermolecular interactions and quantification of binding affinity of Biotherapeutics drug to specific proteins in human biological matrices with unwanted immunogenicity
• This position requires strong analytical expertise, with background in engineering, protein biochemistry, immunology or PK as a plus
• The candidate will participate in all phases of laboratory operations including training on the technology, design of reagents, design of binding experiments, the development of sample preparation, assay execution, instrument maintenance, data analysis, summarization and reporting
• We are looking for a scientist passionate about learning and able to quickly apply new skills to the project needs.
Responsibilities-
• Design of protein reagents to be used in binding studies
• Run binding assays under minimal supervision; initiative in method development is expected

Qualifications

DESCRIPTION:
This position will be working within Bain Capital's Capital Markets Technology (CMG) team, which supports the Fixed Income (Credit), Special Situations, and Public Equity lines of business. This role will have a large focus in working on systems and projects focused on Asset Backed Finance & Structured Products (e.g. CLOs, ABS's, CMBS, RMBS, and Residential mortgages).
Leveraging both your business and technical knowledge, this individual will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, application developers and QA specialists to provide solutions supporting our technology platforms for front, middle, and back-office.
This will include driving Credit Business mandated projects as well as participating at various levels in other technology related initiatives, from strategic approach conception to new system development/integration to post implementation work. Compensation:
Expected Annual Base Salary $
160,000 - $185,000
Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
