+ Executes financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable record in daily drawer balancing

+ Duties may include managing the supply of cash for branch needs based on business demand, in addition to managing incoming/outgoing cash shipments/maintains vault cash, including buying and selling of cash with branch Tellers and ATMs, as needed (including competence in using teller NBS system & cash recycler to assist customers)

+ Actively promoting and participating in branch incentive program(s) by promoting and participating in a sales and service programs consistent with Citi's business plan goals

+ Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

The Director, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis serves as a strategic finance leader tasked with managing the firm's planning, forecasting, performance management, and capital stress testing FP&A functions.
This role will support senior leadership, including the CEO, CFO, and Head of Investor Relations. In addition, the position partners closely with business leaders from Treasury, Risk functions, Enterprise Finance, to ensure financial strategies are aligned with the organization's growth objectives, capital and liquidity requirements, and evolving regulatory standards. Reporting to the MD, Corporate FP&A, this role will lead Revenue Planning and Capital Stress Testing FP&A.
Key Outcomes:
* Strategic Planning & Forecasting - Direct the annual budgeting, multi-year planning, and rolling forecast cycles, integrating macroeconomic factors, interest rate trends, and regulatory capital mandates.
* Performance Management - Provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive reporting on business performance, KPIs, and variance analysis; offer recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
* Capital & Regulatory Integration - Work closely with Treasury and Risk teams to incorporate capital adequacy, liquidity planning, and regulatory stress testing into the overall financial planning framework.

What you have
Required:
