Upper management are not straightforward. They will tell you one thing and do the opposite. They will straight up look you in the eye and lie to you.

As a contingent worker, I felt overly removed from the team. My manager changed several times over a 6-month contract, and the work I was assigned did not provide the best opportunity to demonstrate value.

The company has a great culture. I have never been surrounded by such talented and kind people.

It is easy to get stuck in your current rule. Management would rather you stay where you are than let you experience other parts of the company.
