We are looking for a Petroleum driver within a 50-mile radius of Sikeston, MO to deliver petroleum-based products in bulk, transport them via Semi-Truck and Trailer, and unload products at various customer locations. The position has a flexible schedule of either a Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday. Responsibilities: Loading Petroleum products at refineries, ethanol plants, and bulk storage facilities. Unloading Petroleum products at numerous customer locations such as gas stations, airports, refineries, and bulk storage facilities. Ability to pump on and off petroleum and ethanol products using a Power Take Off. Dropping, hooking and connecting trailers to semi-truck. This includes manually raising and lowering dolly legs on the trailer with up to 50 pounds of torque resistance. Hooking up hoses and fittings to load and unload these Petroleum products safely and securely. Checking customer tank levels prior to unloading to make sure tanks do not fill past 90% ullage. Properly using vapor recovery hose at all loading and unloading locations. Reaching, pulling and pushing Petroleum hoses weighing up to 50 lbs. Climbing up ladder on trailer to check tank and levels and make sure the load is secured. The maximum weight the ladder can accommodate is 450 pounds with a 200 pound at the top of the trailer. SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining blood specimens with speed and dispatch. In addition, they will also transport specimens and reports to and from various areas of the hospital. Some clerical duties are required while not directly involved in phlebotomy. 1. Be familiar with the proper collection tubes for all tests routinely ordered. 2. Responsible for seeing that the pickup trays and phlebotomy station are properly stocked at all times. 3. Will maintain adequate supplies for phlebotomy trays and phlebotomy station at all times. 4. The phlebotomist must give appropriate greetings, state name and purpose when preparing to obtain blood from a patient. 5. Properly identify all patients as to their name and DOB. 6. Draws blood from the patient; returns samples to the laboratory as quickly as possible. 7. Label all samples, log procedures in system. 8. Other duties as assigned. 9. Reviews collection log for incomplete collections. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: High school education or equivalent preferred. EXPERIENCE: 1. Prior phlebotomist experience preferred. 2. Previous office training or experience, including clerical skills and basic computer skills, preferred. SPECIAL: PATIENT CONTACT: Must have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
