A Director of Women's Services who excels in this role:
· Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical,
administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
· Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
· Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
· Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
· Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
· Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
· Works with the chairman of the Perinatal Committee on preparation for Perinatal Committee meeting's and follow ups.
· Works as staff when needed during critical shortages.

Responsibilities:
The Family Centered Treatment Therapist provides quality psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families utilizing the Family Centered Treatment model.
Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinical Services as per the service definition and model fidelity requirements.
FCT Certification is required and must be completed within one year of employment in order to continue to provide FCT services and maintain employment with Health Connect America (HCA).
Complete FCT Checkoffs and other internal trainings within designated deadlines. Trainings are assigned and monitored through an e-learning system.
Deliver FCT clinical services to children, adolescents, and their families, primarily in their living environments, with a family focus.
Provide 24/7 on-call coverage to a caseload of families and children. Service is regularly provided in the home and community and will require service provision at the convenience of the child and family requiring a flexible work schedule.
Complete all required Clinical Records and FCT documents with the child and family and ensure the documents are entered/uploaded timely in the Electronic Health Record, according to company standards.
Develop Service Plan in coordination with Treatment Team Process and maintain the plan per designated authorization processes in the clinician's area of service. Work collaboratively on behalf of the child and family with the identified Treatment Team members to ensure effective communication and coordinated service provision.
Provide psychoeducation as indicated in the Service Plan.
Conduct interventions with the family aligned with the FCT model to include facilitating the movement of the child and family through the four phases of treatment and completing all fidelity documents.
Assist the families and children to establish weekly goals and help them to identify the steps that need to be taken to reach the established goals.
Develop and coordinate discharge plan based on treatment, indicating all relevant aftercare needs and plans. Access community resources that would be beneficial to client aftercare needs.
Coordinate and oversee the initial and ongoing assessment activities.
Convene the Treatment Team for Service Plan.
Consult with identified medical (e.g., primary care and psychiatric) and non-medical (e.g., Dept. of Child Services, school, Dept. of Juvenile Justice) providers; engage community and natural supports and include their input in the person-centered planning process.
Provide and coordinate behavioral health services and other interventions for the youth or other family members with other behavioral health professionals and Treatment Team members.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Master's Degree in human services or related field is required.
Two years' experience working with youth or families.
Additional state specific requirements include:
NC, VA- QMHP or ability to register as a QMHP
MS- Must be provisionally credentialed as a PCSS in Mississippi with eligibility to be fully credentialed as a CCSS in Mississippi.

JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY
Summary of role of team:

The holder of this position will provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions including initiatives that encourage communication, trust building, and responsibility of actions and clinical process of all activities.
Summary of position:
Serves as the primary clinician that provides counseling/liaison services to a predetermined number of children/youth and families in the Rhea County School System as part of the community school model. Clinician provides weekly individual and family psychotherapy to children and adolescents ages 4-21 with a mental health diagnosis. Clinician is to provide psycho-social assessments for clients and provides diagnosis and appropriate referrals for clients assessed, as needed. Clinician provides crisis intervention and emergency services as needed. Interfaces with the school system and other agencies to increase cooperation and consistency between home, school, and community. The Master's Level Liaison/ Counselor provides information and referral, agency linkage, advocacy, home visits, and follow-up services. Treatment modalities used by Master's level clinicians providing therapy services include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment, Self-Regulation and Competency (ARC), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Play Therapy.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT
Provides direct mental health services in the rural county school system.

Clinician communicates accurate and thorough information to outside agencies 100% of the time when clients need different or more appropriate care that HRMC cannot provide.
Ensures therapy contacts are completed each month, according to program standards.
2. Provides diagnostic Psycho-Social Assessments
Clinician completes intakes and assessments within 45 business days of contact.
Assessments will be completed in coordination with Assessment Team and Client Benefits as evidenced by communicating any issues concerning clients or assessment.
Clinicians will provide intake coverage, as directed by program coordinator
3. Documentation requirements
Ensures all family/client participation in treatment planning as evidence by signatures on treatment plans.
Communicates to Services Coordinator if referrals become low in weekly supervisions.
Meet weekly with direct supervisor to discuss clinical and administrative concerns/ changes
Create and implement treatment interventions that are reflected in progress note documentation based on the treatment plan goals
Respond to all flags and e-mails within 2 business days
Respond to all voice mails within 30 minutes
If licensed, signing the non-licensed clinicians' treatment plans and being available for clinical consult
Attend weekly/biweekly treatment teams with school personnel
Attend weekly treatment teams and staffing meetings with Services Coordinator
Attend and participate in school-based meetings with school personnel and community partners involved in the community schools.
Complete all required clinical documentation in accordance with Center Policy and Procedure and funding source guidelines.
Update treatment plans, crisis plans, consent to contact, DLA-20 and updated admissions signature page every 6 months
Completes intakes within 10 days of school referral, as applicable.
Complete and submit productivity II summaries to Services Coordinator 5th of the following month.
Complete productivity for 65-70 completed sessions per month.
Complete intake treatment plans within 30 days of intake
Create daily progress notes and sign in EMR within 4 business days of service provided
Submit all daily contact logs within one week of the occurrence.
Submit hand generated productivity to program coordinator by the second working business day of the month.
COMPENSATION:
Starting salary for this position is approximately $50,751/year based on relevant experience and education.

QUALIFICATIONS - School Based Master's Level Clinician
Experience / Knowledge:
Must have course work and or experience in the areas of cultural diversity, human development, etiology and treatment of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, and intellectual disabilities. One year experience preferred. Experience working with children is preferred although applicants may have other skills and experiences that could accommodate this position. This person will either possess experience or training in the Re-Education Philosophy or will acquire such training in the course of employment. Our scribes follow the physicians throughout their entire shift, managing all of the documentation for each patient, all the while learning medical terminology, diagnoses, clinical profiles, and gaining amazing clinical experience.
Job Description
We are currently looking for candidates, who are interested in gaining medical experience, to join our team at PhysAssist Scribes in Cleveland, TN. Our scribes work in the emergency department at SkyRidge Medical Center in Cleveland.
As a medical scribe you will do the following:
- Work side by side physicians as they see patients
- Document the patient history
- Document the physical exam
- Prepare plans for follow up care
- Enter x-ray, lab, and diagnostic test results
Physician Shadowing, Hospital Volunteering, EMT, Research Assistant, Pre-Medicine, and Pre-health a plus!

Position Overview The Front Desk/Receptionist will greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. The hours for this position is Monday - Friday: 8am-2pm.

Responsibilities
Enthusiastically greets each member and guest promptly using the proper greeting for time of day to create a friendly positive entrance and departure to and from the gym
Personally checks each member into the gym using the proper check-in procedures
Register all guests into the gym using proper registration procedures
Provides new guests with a tour of the gym and helps answer questions about current membership options
Assists guests with purchasing a new membership
Answers phone in a professional and courteous manner and uses proper phone greeting techniques
Processes retail and concession sales
Cleans and maintains the front desk area
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members
Ability to multi-task
Sales Experience preferred
