You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout the Puget Sound region.
Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To
Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
Palletized product will be delivered to customers with hand truck
Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery
Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
Promote & maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented & customer-focused attitude with co-workers & other departments
Must be comfortable operating a company vehicle equipped with an outward and driver facing dash cam.
Adhere to company policy regarding dash cam usage and data privacy.
Drivers are expected to maintain the functionality of their assigned vehicle's dash cam.

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To
You will be part of a team of people that work together in an environment that is friendly, yet productive.
This role is for picking full case produce orders onto a pallet utilizing a “hands free” voice pick headset system while operating a riding pallet jack. These orders are picked with product integrity in mind and are wrapped and staged upon completion for delivery to the customer. We strive to maintain a safe warehouse environment while specializing in building organized orders with attention to quality and accuracy while meeting all food safety programs. This is a steady paced position that requires a standard of a certain pieces per hour which is easily within reach for candidates that are hired on.
Qualifications
Here are a few things to be ready for (and don't forget we will train and certify you):
Pick orders via headset using a voice pick system with attention to accuracy - each user trains to their unique voice and this is an easy process to learn
Organize the orders on pallets as you pick with integrity to the product (i.e. organic - fragile - etc.)
Operate equipment - riding pallet jack which we take the time to be sure everyone is safe to operate
Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, 35-56 degrees
Ability to lift up to 65lbs frequently
Ability to work without direct supervision and to prioritize activities
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

Primary Responsibilities
The KeHE Retail Cheese Specialist supports onsite customer employees with the initial establishment and continued support of an internal cheese shop. Essential Functions
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Present, sell, and execute all promotional activity to maximize sales and achieve minimal residual quanties. Asisst in planning and execution of all display programs as designated and developed by the customer, both at store level and corporate headquarter level.
* Educate the customer on what their store needs are based on the trends.
* Supports stocking of back stock in cheese and deli to review recommended order writing.
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times when communicating with store management, personnel and the public; adhering to customer policies and procedures in compliance with KeHE's standards.

* Inspect products for quality using visual and olfactory senses

Work Hours: The work schedule is 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. Start times vary. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. The employee may be required to work overtime, holidays or weekends.
Physical and Mental Demands: Medium. Exerts 10-20 pounds of force occasionally to move objects and product. This job requires constant standing and walking with frequent use of the upper extremities to reach, handle, grasp and use cutting and wrapping tools and handling product. The employee must know and follow proper health and safety protocols; know and follow KeHE's grooming, hygiene and dress code standards. The application of temperature sensitive protocols when transporting products is a must. Primary Responsibilities

* Provide back-up coverage and assistance on an as-needed basis and as directed by Regional Sales Supervisors and Retail Sales Consultants including:

The Role
Responsible for Credit and Collection management of assigned customers. Ability to work in fast paced environment. Must be able to effectively prioritize work to maximize performance. Ability to work independently. Accurate & timely reconciliation & deduction analysis of assigned customers.

Review Aging of assigned accounts weekly.
Engage in collection calls on past-due invoices as well as analyze customers from a risk standpoint and make recommendations to supervisor on all high-risk customers.
Ensure deductions are valid; reconcile accounts with customer regarding disputes, returns and discrepancies. Work with sales team to address customer issues.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service.
Research and ensure proper documentation is obtained to adjust AR balances in a timely fashion.
Prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
Inform management of delinquent AR, aged deductions, and any other significant customer issues.
Work with the cash application team to ensure proper payment processing and provide back up.
Initiate refund process, other responsibilities as requested by supervisor.
Complete special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
3-5 years' experience in collections.
College Degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgement, and independent thinking.
Bachelor's Degree preferred

The Role
As a member of our team, you will focus on typical facilities maintenance. This role is responsible to maintain, repair, disassemble and troubleshoot on a variety of equipment.
