In this full-time, on-base role, you will design and maintain automated test scripts, develop detailed test plans and cases tied to requirements, execute manual and automated testing across multiple levels, and collaborate with developers and government customers to identify and resolve software defects. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of software/systems testing experience, proficiency in test automation and Linux environments, strong requirements traceability skills, and excellent communication abilities for daily customer interaction and occasional technical presentations. U.S. citizenship is required, as well as willingness to work 5 days/week on-site at NSWC-Dahlgren. Travel: An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Compensation: Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements. The projected annual compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $98,000 (USD). FMS Document Review: Conduct document reviews to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development and execution. Provide detailed disclosure guidance and decision support to FMS case managers and related stakeholders. Notify document owners of document questions, corrections, or sanitization needs. SharePoint Tracking: Upload documents into the Foreign Disclosure SharePoint Online (SPO). Ensure the applicable documents are uploaded in the storefront for proper tracking and FDO approval. Note Taking: Take notes on technical updates during FMS and other program-related meetings and provide notes for feedback and action to Team Lead. Team-Oriented: Perform other job-related tasks or responsibilities as assigned by team lead and assist with team tasks. Qualifications Required: Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business or technical roles.
