Cons of working at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools

The salary, lack of resources, lack of compensation for working outside of work hours, feeling unappreciated and undervalued by the system, feeling powerless about not being able to change what I'm unhappy about with work, the fact that collective bargaining is illegal, anti-union rhetoric, being overworked all the time.
