I thought the pros of working there were mainly the pay and benefits
In my experience the cons were the work just wasn’t for me and i didn’t enjoy it
my favorite benefits were the PTO and STD because i had to use them while i was there
What i like best is they are very interactive with their employees and they get to know you
i would improve the culture by getting everyone more involved
i prepared for and interview by them emailing me and having a phone interview with me discussing the job roles and pay and benefits
in my experience the compensation is great compared to others in the industry
the representation of diverse demographics is great
the most fulfilling thing at work is being able to listen to music it helps me calm my nerves and stay focused
The pay and benefits are great! Can count on job to be there.
Long 12 hour shifts! Would like to go back to 5 days a week. Not 2,2,3 schedule but it works.
